Disclosures

The Sellers are required to provide disclosures about the home within your inspection period as well. The most important disclosures are the Transfer Disclosure Statement and the Seller Property Questionnaire. We will walk you through the questionnaires and help you identify any red flags in any of their answers. It is also during this time that escrow will send additional disclosures that come from third-party vendors: Natural Hazards Disclosure, Preliminary Title Report, 9a/City Report.
